"I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Kayla was so sweet and kept me company while taking my polish off. Shantayla did my fill in and design and did an absolutely perfect job! She made sure the shape was to my liking, without me having to ask. Very fairly priced and I appreciated the way the price was broken down for me, into each charge. I will most definitely be back when I’m in town!"

"I made an appointment for 2:15 with Vylah, in which she said that by 2:45 (or 30 minutes of soaking) She would get started on my nails. On the phone while making my appointment, I asked if she would be done by 4:30 and she said yes. I have to go to work by 4:30, so this is crucial. I wanted to builder gel with two tips. I was still soaking by 3:40, which I then got up and asked if I could just get my hands looking somewhat neat before work. Vylah had passed on the responsibility of doing the builder gel to another associate by that point, who was also busy. I understand that you have other clients, but why overbook yourself and leave someone looking like this? After I made the request to get my hands cleaned at least, Rose sat me down and used the drill to get the acetone off of my nails. (After saying they looked messy btw) She then told me to wash my hands to get the obscene amount of acetone off of my fingers. I had previously scrubbed my hands for 10 minutes. Vylah told me to come back tomorrow at 11:15 and just hoped my nails wouldn’t break, which multiple have during the take off process! Needless to say, I left with my hands looking like the photos below and extremely displeased. I have yet to decide whether or not I will come back tomorrow. It’s a shame my friends recommended Vylah and I left with this."

"I went back to this place for acrylics to give them another try because the first time I rated them 3 out of 5 stars but this time was definitely a 5 out of 5 stars!! These are the best nails I’ve had in a while. My stupid card kept declining for no reason and the owner and my nail tech were very patient and polite about it. I wouldn’t had been as nice as they were. I eventually was able to pay and they were just as nice before. The nails look SO perfect. Go to Natalie!!!!"
