"I rarely have reason to shop at Sally's Beauty Supply and when I have, I have usually been pleased. However, I went there Friday 9/17/2021 to buy some texturing shears in hopes of using them on my own hair. Not being a professional hair dresser, I was so needing someone with at least a little knowledge to help me make the right or at least best choice for my styling need(s). However, there was NO ONE there who could help me......the kind lady who "only ran the register" was willing to do what she could but kept saying she was "only the cashier and really had no knowledge to help me." Moving on, I finally made the best choice I could and was ready to make my purchase, only to be told they could not give change (I only had cash and five dollars too much). They could only take cards or exact change. I had wasted time looking and just hoping I was buying the right product and then couldn't even buy it with the good money I had. I in no way felt it was the cashiers fault(I really believe she did the best she could on her end) I left VERY disappointed with my experience. Some changes definitely need to be made!!!!!"

"The people who work here are the most helpful, most knowledgeable, kindest people that I could ever hope to deal with when shopping for anything. I recently had a dilemma where I had to send my husband to buy my hair color. I phoned ahead and the woman actually helped me to pick out a perfect color over the phone and had it ready and waiting on my husband when he walked in. I'll never buy my hair products anywhere else as long as I can get to Sally's in Jasper. This place goes above and beyond when it comes to having a helpful staff. Thank you Sally's!!"
