"I had a great experience with Dr. Whitt for my first appointment. She was a pleasure to talk to and was extremely knowledgeable. However, when I went to pick up my retainers today the woman at the front desk was rude when I asked simple questions regarding my aftercare with my retainers and even told me “I’m just giving you the information I don’t care if you listen or take it”. Very rude and unprofessional and made me not want to return."

"I feel anxious and uneasy whenever I visit this service provider. It is normal to feel some level of discomfort during these appointments, but I should not be in pain or visibly distressed, and unfortunately, nothing is done to address my concerns. The doctor's behavior is passive-aggressive and rough, but they try to compensate by engaging in conversation. I had to return the day after my appointment because a wire was poking me in the back of my mouth, and there was no display of remorse. I deeply regret not taking the time to search for a better orthodontist in the area. Given my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone."
