"Purchased a 2022 Nissan Titan and had to take it to Nissan for Air Bag recall and issue with passenger-side heated seat. Didn’t have time to wait for them to work heated seat issue so I told them to just work air bag recall. When they were done, I was told the mechanic went ahead and took a look at the seat issue and ordered two parts. (it’s under warranty). I always have very very low expectations of most dealerships. Anyway, I appreciate the pro-active work of the mechanic who worked on my truck. I will be back soon to have the parts replaced and hope I get the same service. Your service person (can’t remember his name) who met me at the truck when I arrived was super nice and took care of me. Not sure if it was my lucky day or not but hope this is the way your dealership treats all of it’s customers all the time. We’ll see how it goes on my next visit. Thanks again!"
