"I’d give 0 stars if I could. Didn’t get the name of the nail tech, but he didn’t paint my entire nail bed on either nail on my left hand. Didn’t clean up excess polish with polish remover. When I asked for it to be clean he started picking polish off with his nails. I tried to pull away from him and told him not to worry about it, he insisted he picked it off. I finally pulled away from him and a short lady, I’m assuming a manager, attempted to pick off with her nails as well. I told them both to stop and went up to pay so I could get out. My nail tech tried to have me pay without showing me the price first. when I asked for price, the same lady ran up to me and started yelling out the price was $85. Customer service was terrible. As a licensed master cosmetologist it’s terrible seeing beauty services being handled this way."

"These people rob you! They added a $9 tip to my card after I left and then refused to give me the money back and told me it was the banks fault!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Also the nails don't last 2 weeks before they start coming off!!"

"I have been here several times. The polish chips off I mean it peels off like paper. I tried to give them a second chance going back in December of last year after my polish peeled in May of last year during my vacation. The guy who answers the phone who smokes the cigarettes all the time has a nasty Attitude. They do do not a good job at all. Waist of money! This is a new set I have now & my first fill in and a nail already broke. I will not be back."
