The woman at the front desk tried to get some people to assist me but everyone paid her no attention, shameful. Inside the quotes is my original review "Had a great visit. The sales man was not pushy and did not make any assumption. He showed us many units and suffered the heat with us. I'll shop here again.""

"Awesome experience. I bought a small, new Forest River Travel Trailer from them about 6 months ago. They were very competitively priced, and they also gave me great service - even though they were selling at a discount and a lower-content trailer, it was like buying a cheap Yugo and getting Mercedes service. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Cons very little attention to detail. Need to be more detailed when writing service tickets or have service tech do walk around after writing up ticket. Pros were they were willing to work with us while wanting on parts for warranty work. After missing several things that were initially mentioned that were not fixed. They quickly fixed them but it was a rushed job. Some things already messing up that they fixed quickly. Sent a local guy out to our camper to fix after they sent a screw this slide out floor which ripped my seal on slide out."
