"I was traveling thru town, my check engine light had come on a day before and been reset after scanning for the issue. He not only reassured me that I would make it safely to my destination, but gave me advice, and told me to feel free to call back with any other questions. "I'm not really sure where to begin. I was driving home and my water pump went out on i22. Was after 3 in afternoon and tow truck was initially going to drive it to a garage that closed @ 5 (so it wasn't going to even get looked @ until 8 the next day) and I needed to get home for 9a.m. Appt. In the interim I saw that NEXT LEVEL was open till (@least) 7pm. I explained my predicament and the symptoms and he said he could be here in ten minutes. He diagnosed it on scene....drove me to AuTOZONE got the part and I was back on the hwy in less than two hours. Very professional. CLEAN shop and it was very evident he would NOT be willing to stamp his name on any shotty subpar bs work. He showed me the shortcuts certain mechanics take, but reiterated and SHOWED me how he wouldn't feel right letting me drive away knowing I might make it 6 months, but skipping this 5 minute step could strand me again. He knows his $h¡t. And I think he's more than fair."
