"I love your place! One problem or two that come up each time. The Hamburger and Hamburger steak is always too dry. Another problem is the ribs 1st time they were perfect after that over cooked. There's no consistency in your ribs, not bad but not great. I've eaten there a lot. I always get the sausage and cheese platter my favorite. Would love to give you a 5 out of 5. Improve on those areas. There's a lot that is excellent!"
"For a place named Rib Shack they have the worst ribs imaginable. We have tried ribs several times thinking we'd finally get some good ones. It's never happened. This week I tried a hamburger steak with gravy. Big mistake. The gravy had a funky taste I can't describe but it was tasty. Looking back I should have asked for our money back. Wish I had that $30 back."
