"Nothing good to say but I can tell you truth of the failed system. Lets start with the phone system, the photo auto attendant will do anything but let you talk to a pharmacist. You can push all the buttons, speak every request but the last thing they want you to is talk to a live person. My wife had just come home from Troy Beaumont after dealing with edema in the brain. To say that this prescription was important would be an understatement of the year. So in order to get her meds is not only important, it's critical. We have been on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to track down one of the items that was prescribed by when the doctors at Troy Beaumont. My wife is still on the phone in an effort to get the issue cleared up. The staff is not the majot issue it is the nature of the policy of CVS. Customer service is not part of the value proposition. The days of the local pharmacy long gone where people knew your name and cared about the people they served. Welcome to the age of anonymity and the CORPORATE veil, where all they want is your money. What have we done to ourselves with these big box pharmacies. I'm afraid we're only beginning to understand the dilemma and the piece we pray for these conglomerates. Good luck you're need it."

"My opthamologist called in two prescriptions due to an eye injury I suffered at 11:30 am and I received a text stating that the prescriptions were in progress. At 3:00 I called to check on the progress and the pharmacist said they don't have the meds in stock. Why didn't they call me at tell me this hours ago? Its only my eyesight their neglect may cause. Time to switch pharmacies."

"Came in to get a prescription filled at this pharmacy ONLY because it was close to the urgent we went to on a Saturday afternoon. Pharmacy was closing in 20 minutes and i was waiting. Pharmacist tells me 5 minutes before they close that there is something wrong with my son’s birthday and meds aren’t covered. Meanwhile she reminds me every single minute that they are closing. My son is in the car crying because of a ear infection! After paying $500 out of pocket…. On Monday I call my insurance and there is nothing wrong with it. Pharmacist entered the wrong information. I guess its more important to rush and get out of work on time than to do your job right! NEVER AGAIN WITH CVS!!!"

"I don't think CVS trains employees properly. There was a "miss communication", I was told 3 different things by 4 different people, 2 of them pharmacist and now I'm out of state without my medication and no CVS within hours. The worst part was the lack of understanding and empathy that this "miss communication" had caused. This is not the first time something like this has happened."
