"Charged for small slurped on 7-11 when it’s supposed to be free, as advertised next to the door. Cashier stated it was only after 11am, even though their signage says nothing about a specific time. Careless by owners to participate yet make their own stipulations, they will never get my business again, or anyone I come across. Cashier didn’t even try to apologize, that’s on the owners for their lack of oversight and her as person, she shouldn't work somewhere she has to interact with people and they don’t deserve to run a business in Sterling Heights, do so very much better."

"Casher at night loves overcharging. 3 grill items for 3.39, I got charged $6.90 Told the cashier RUHN he said it’s too late, and that he doesn’t care. And isn’t going to give a refund, and went back to watching YouTube on his phone just like when I first walked in, lol people these days man, enjoy the chargeback On card. ✌️"

"This store is very convenient for me, I live close by. Everytime I go in this store the cashier is very rude. He always grabs the money out of my hands and throws my change at me. Never a hello or thank you. I am so done spending my money here!!!!!"

"Evening shift cashier has no customer service and to me, comes off as prejudice. This has happened on many occasions. But today I have decided to make a review. The time frame is always between 9pm and 11pm. I am a store manager in retail/customer service and horrible customer service rubs me the wrong way. Tonight at 910pm, myself and friend purchased items and we were not greeted. We are both black women. However, as we were leaving, the cashier greeted a white couple. Although this store is is less than a minute away from me, I am done spending my money here."

"On June 29th at 12:30am, I called this location about 30 times. I'm a local regular that visits often and normally gets treated like a white person but not today. They started picking up their phone and hanging up on me.. So when I went up there to place my order for 60 chicken wings the guy in there told me I was crazy and everything was shut down even tho he was cooking everything else.. What does it take to get a few wings?"
