"The cashier ripped us off on the total for our slushies. When asked to speak to a manager we were told there was no manager only a store owner who was not there. When asked to refund the money that we were overcharged we were cursed at and told to leave the store or they would call the police. Nobody was being confrontational or fighting and there was no reason to be called out of our names!! And it's located at 29331 Warren Rd. on the corner of Warren road and middlebelt road in Garden city. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional and they should have never said swear words in front of our children!! We left but with the end result being that they ripped us off for $10.27 and that is just completely shameful."

"Not related to this store. But I am done with 7-11. Overpriced store and overpriced coffee (only reason I went to 711) I'm done with being forced to update their app while standing at the register with a line behind me. The one free coffee for every 7 isn't worth the overpriced gas station coffee. Good riddance 7-11"
