Reviews
"I love my/this pharmacy! I can’t believe how self absorbed & self serving people's comments are. This is not an “instant” situation and we need to practice patience & a little understanding. Keep up the good work, RiteAid!"
"Filled script from Fenton rd store last minute which was plus but made us wait a long time for it after driving long ways for it. Should have started getting it ready knowing we were coming and were on a schedule after Fenton rd let us down and I was now late to appt."
"No one ever seems to answer the phone, the answering service never comes on. Hard to refill prescriptions if they don’t answer. Had to take a pill bottle into the store bc I couldn’t get ahold of them for 3 days"
"Absolutely terrible pharmacy. They are not open when they say they are because their lazy employees show up an hour late. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, and don’t seem to understand the importance of getting medication filled on time. The worst pharmacy and worst group of employees I have ever encountered in my life. Even if you live right next door to this place you’re better off using another pharmacy. They’re also incompetent and unknowledgeable, a high school biology student probably knows more about medicine than the “pharmacists” that work here."
"Needed a vaccine for MEN B. for my oldest daughter (doctor's office stopped carrying the brand of the first dose). This pharmacy was able to get us scheduled quickly and treated us with respect. Unfortunately, they didn't have the vaccine available when we arrived for our appointment. Corporate is overworking these people to the point that they can't breath. I wasn't upset, but I was disappointed (not to sound like a stereotypical father). They were kind enough to call the Linden location, speak with them (verify product in stock and book an appointment for 20 minutes later). We went to that location and they took care of us. Clearly, they are doing the best they can with the limited resources and staff. Be patient, and be kind. They are doing what they can to help others (and they are short-staffed and overworked). Good people at this location doing all they can to make you satisfied."
