"My son wanted new basketball shoes. The Bel Air Mall location had what he was looking for. We purchased the shoes, left the counter, and decided to look at a few other things before we left. We went in the second part of the store where the clothing is mainly located. I turn around, and there is an employee hovering over us. Watching us. Bel Air Mall has gone way downhill. I'm sure this store has seen its share of shop lifting. While that may be true. I don't need my 14 year old son to think that type of treatment is acceptable when shopping. Do Not follow your patrons around the store! If my sons heart wasn't set on having those shoes on that specific day, I would've returned them. I WILL NOT be back to this store!"

"Very rude employees, we were there for 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged us or even tried to help us we left and went to journey's a few doors down."

"Walked in,3 workers just standing there.. after waiting, I had to approach them to ask my questions. The little girl rolled her eyes. And smarted off. Turned away. Another worker(acted like the manager) stepped in and asked me what I was looking for, and was super friendly. When she sent the girl to the back to check for sizes, she rolled her eyes again, and acted like it was killing her.. I only bought the shoes because I was having trouble finding them anywhere else(for Christmas) But the kids that was working in the foot locker in bel air mall needs to work on they’re manners and customer service. I didn’t catch the friendly workers name, but the rude lil girl was named Jhorden. Poor service. ONLY bought cause I was in a jam!"

"Employees there are so ghetto and rude and disrespectful , I will most definitely not be going back there again , I'll rather order online like everyone else , I went there to purchase some shoes and socks and the employees talked to me so rude and treated me like trash , I strongly advise anyone to just order their shoes or items off online because this store will let those females treat you then talk to you any kinda way and then will ban you after your poorly experience with their female employees."
