"Drove from Florence to shop here. Got here early 950 left around 1015. Doors locked sign says 10 website said 10 so disappointed in this poor communication of store hours."

"(8/3/23) I drove all the way from a different area to find your doors locked. I looked up your store's hours of operation before leaving home. Unfortunately, that information didn't match the information on the door. Also, the doors were locked too soon just to accommodate your needs instead of the needs of your customers. Corporate should be notified about both complaints."

"Love going here and getting shoes. They always have shoes in my size. It is very hard to find a size 13 wide shoe. They always have them in stock."

"For a small store this location has a great variety of shoes to choose from. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful I couldn’t have asked for better support while shopping today. I was impressed with how many choices are in sizes up to 14 Wide so I purchased one pair of platform ankle boots today that were on sale for $30. Then I placed an order for 3 more pair of shoes for $60 on their website through the checkout counter and those should arrive to my place in 5-7 days so hopefully that delivery goes well. I certainly look forward to shopping here again if I need any more plus sized shoes at good prices."

"You can get shoes at a great price but at what cost. The manager is very rude. I have been here on more than one occasion and she is the same each time. Not very welcoming and seem to be annoyed that I need to check out. Then there was a pair of shoes that said they were marked down but her employee marked the wrong box. I asked her in most cases the store would still honor it because it wasn’t due to anything I did. She then stated I am not about to argue with anyone I have had a long day. As a customer I was taken back because I didn’t see how any of that was my fault. Overall everything I have went in there it’s be nothing but attitude."
