"I do not remember his name, but a young man at the Homewood location helped me tremendously!! I have been looking for a specific size in the Tasman Ugg slippers for my daughter and have had terrible luck, this is her main Christmas present. The young man told me they had them in store but were not available to order and ship online, I live over an hour away. He put me on hold and came back to let me know they were opening it up online for me to order. He did not have to go out of his way but he did and I’m so thankful, my daughter will be as well! Best customer service I have received in a very long time!!!"
