"I made an appointment to drop off my tax info For April 6, and it said the drop off site was at southwest NTC. When i looked at the list of drop off sites, there was nothing named southwest NTC. Please help. I need the address for this drop off site."
"No matter how many times you complete the questions or even change your answers, the website keeps responding that you don't qualify. They should have someone st esch location, behind glass for covid, that can let you arrange a drop off of your taxes & complete intake questions. We won't be able to get our taxes done until August at this rate."
"I have been calling to make an appointment for 3 weeks one minute after the phone lines open and everyday the automation tells me the lines are all full. That is impossible when I call one minute after the phones open "EVERYDAY" and it stays that way all day. Whoever is answering the phones there are not doing their job."
