They should have someone st esch location, behind glass for covid, that can let you arrange a drop off of your taxes & complete intake questions. We won't be able to get our taxes done until August at this rate."
"I have been calling to make an appointment for 3 weeks one minute after the phone lines open and everyday the automation tells me the lines are all full. That is impossible when I call one minute after the phones open "EVERYDAY" and it stays that way all day. Whoever is answering the phones there are not doing their job."
