"Price is right, BUT... I tried this place ate hoping for good results because it's very close to where I hunt. Unfortunately they were not worth the convenience of being close. They do not spend time and do sloppy work, they will not trim any fat and poor cuts. The meat has a funky smell, I think this is because they let it sit too long not in cool temps - This was a heart shot deer so I know it's not gut smell. Also I tried to order some of their specialty meats like their 'maple' infused and it's far from delicious. Plus, the place is dirty (worst than most a typical processors place) and they don't even shrink wrap - it's just wrapped in seran wrap. 1. Don't cut off fat - makes worse taste 2. Sloppy cuts 3. 'Specialty' meats aren't tasty 4. Seran wrap - not shrink wrap Summary: Keep driving & spend a little more money."

"Seriously the best smoked pork chops we have ever had. We will be going back to try more. Great prices & very friendly! Who new such a jewel was in the middle of no where?!? Love it!!"

"Not recommended for butchering a lamb unless you go there directly and talk to the person cutting the meat. I asked for a rack of lamb (which was a whole conversation since most people don't want this) and loin chops, and specified I didn't want these as double chops. They cut my rack into chops and put the tenderloin into stew meat. I also asked for shoulders, neck and one leg to go into 1/2 stew meat and 1/2 ground, and easily received 3x as much ground as stew meat. Nothing was done correctly and so much was wasted. The only explanation given to me was that they missed on the ticket that I wanted a rack of lamb, and that communication about the tenderloin chops was poor. They also failed to cut the single leg of lamb I ordered in half, even though that was clearly on the ticket. :("
