"I have had my taxes done here for the last 3 years and had a great experience the previous 2 times, but this time? It has been the most frustrating because it is impossible to reach anyone. I leave messages, send texts, etc. I had to go up there a couple times because I was unable to reach someone by phone and they don't return calls. I did not want to receive a paper check because every time a stimulus, amended tax refund, etc., it will have to be mailed. Not having direct deposit on file is gonna screw me until the next time I file my taxes. On top of not being able to get ahold of someone for my taxes, I referred my husband here as well, and he's had the same issue. I have called and called and we have no idea whatsoever if his taxes were even filed before the deadline because again, it's impossible to reach anyone here! It's rude and unprofessional, especially when this is regarding something as serious as filing taxes on time. I would not recommend this place at all."

"Almost forgot to leave a review for these wonderful people! Dequan and his wife offered exceptional service! Very thorough and got us back a very large amount in which we were very grateful. They really showed tremendous kindness to our two little ones and made them feel at home. Their office was neat and clean and would make anyone feel welcomed. All around great experience that anyone would appreciate. I highly recommend and look forward to next year. Thanks guys!"
