"I usually order pizza at Newk's,so I thought I would try the salad. I had the Greek and my friend had the Cobb. Both were fresh and portions were very generous."

"I am not local to this area, but met my daughter to eat as she's attending UAB. They took my order immediately, recommended what was their favorite menu items, they were patient with me when I had forgotten my card in the car. The food was delicious! They were so sweet to my young son as well. I will definitely make a habit of eating here when I visit Birmingham!"

"Clean atmosphere, large portions for the price. Food is served looking just like the pictures on the website. The staff is quiet, but very helpful and polite. I'm a pilot, so you know we're always looking for the best deals and tasty food. This is definitely a place I'd come back to when in town again. I had the Newts club and the loaded potato soup and both were great! I'm a big guy, but it filled me up. It's not uncommon to see people leaving with to-go boxes though. I spent $14.84 and am very satisfied. I only wish I took a picture of my food before I ate it. You won't be disappointed, try Newts if you have a chance."

"Newks is one of my favorite restaurants hands down! Tonight we ordered a bowl of lobster bisque (rich), a Newks favorite Salad (with grilled chicken, grapes, artichoke hearts, cranberries, croutons, mixed greens, and pecans tossed in a bsalmic vinaigrette dressing), a slice of caramel cake (their cakes are GOOD) and a Mediterranean pizza (cauliflower crust, add $3). The Mediterranean pizza was GREAT! All of our food was delicious! We got all of this for $40. Plus if you're a rewards member you earn free food with purchases. I'll definitely be back! Food is consistently good, service friendly, food always fresh! Update: ordered new promotion Greek Goddess Salad and added a side of Cajun Shrimp to the salad. It is AMAZING! The salad has sliced chicken already in it with feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and romaine lettuce. The salad comes tossed in an avocado dressing which is creamy and tasty! Great summer salad!"

"Always enjoy food from Newks. Love the Newks Q sandwich; today I really enjoyed the Lobster bisque soup. My kids loved the Mac n’ Cheese and pizza. Went at about 5 o’clock and it was pretty empty. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly."
