"Don’t waste your time here at the authorized retailer, go to an actual AT&T store. I swapped to AT&T from Verizon. It took the manager (Mike) 6 hours to get the whole process complete. After leaving, I noticed an extra line on my account that I did not ask for. Turns out, the manager (Mike) did it this way so he could make extra commission. Mike is very insistent on doing things his way even if you don’t want to, so he can get the most money out of you. They are very unhelpful, and the manager is greedy. Steer clear of this joke of a business."
