"Deer Processing......make sure you are VERY explicit with your cut order and that the person filling out the ppwk understands fully what you want. My order was cut incorrectly and then they had the audacity to argue with me when I called him on it....4 roast, backstraps cut in half, everything else ground w/ 10% pork, not that complicated. The past 2 years were great which is why I drive past 2 other meat markets to use them."
