"Walked in the store, did not get a welcome at all. This is the pizza I was served in 5 points west. The worst pizza I've ever had. My grand babies would eat it. They asked for cheese. Half the cheese is missing. Money wasn't. Threw it away"
"We tried some new cheese bread that we had never had, got free with my points from buying there. So everyone be sure and download the app so your points will get you free food. The bread was great. We also ordered a 3 topping large pizza and as always it was delicious."
"This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with domino's. To begin with domino's tracker stated order was completed. It wasn't completed to me. I contacted the store and spoke with the MOD Haley, she informed me it was a corporate issue, stating that once GPS acknowledged the driver was in the area near my residence the app would automatically register delivered. She then stated call back in 15 minutes and she would figure things out. I waited 20 minutes before calling back and to my surprise Haley, was not longer there, she in fact was headed to pick up another co-worker. I then spoke with then MOD Gabby, and she informed to at the driver had called my phone and man answered and stated that he had not ordered domino's so the driver took it back to the store. I ask Gabby, to confirm the number the driver dialed I was then placed on hold for her to return to state, well I can bring it out . to you personally and further added because it's been under the heat element (absolutely mortified that she even thought that was the proper response) before even addressing he fact that I would require a new order, I stated, certainly you don't expect me to pay for this order? I was then informed that that decision to comp my order was something that only the GM could authorize and I would have to call the next morning to speak him. I I proceed to inquire when would Haley return and was informed she didn't know how long because she didn't know where the employee lived. So this is currently where we are. I'm about to try to reach out to Haley and I will share he rest of this debacle as the Disaster @ Domino's continues (continued) An hour has elapse and I've just called the store to see if Haley had returned. Initially the young man stated yes and called for her (placed on hold or phone was muted) he then proceeds to say she not there and hung the phone up on my face. (I forgot my order has now been "cancelled," how does a delivered order return a canceled order recording. I called back to ask for the MoD, placed on hold a few seconds, was then informed that "He" the manager was out on delivery. I then ask for Gabby and after a 10 minute hold the call dropped."
"This is the 2nd time I have ordered a salad, probably the most SIMPLE ITEM TO ORDER, and it’s been OLD. I ordered this today 5/27 & the date on the salad is 5/27. I’m NOT trying to get SICK. Just disgusting."
