"Joseph Beard and his team (Ashanti, Jonathan & the young man who asked me more than once if I was OK waiting...sorry that I didn't remember your name) were superb on this visit. There was a brief wait before my service and they kindly checked in on me throughout. Then as my service got underway, the specific oil needed was out. So they made a store run!!!! This team works well together and is respectful of each other. To watch them work together was awesome! All those who were getting work done will attest to their great customer service.
