"Have put several trucks in this shop over the last year and almost always takes 2-3 times the original time estimate which is understandable however this most recent time was for warranty work that had already been worked on by this shop once. I made arrangements for my employee to drive my truck while his was in the shop and I was out of town. Put the truck in for an oil leak and was told it was the pan gaskets again. Called and left voicemails at least once weekly for 7 weeks and all were unreturned or not followed up on until the 7th week and when I spoke to someone I was told "They would probably get the truck inside within a day or so. 7 weeks and the truck didnt see the inside of the shop. If you have money or time invested in your vehicle or rely on it for work go ahead and plan on shelling out for another means of transportation until this shop feels like they want to work on your truck."
