"THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!! RIP TO NANCY SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO DID THINGS RIGHT!! IF YOU WERE A CLIENT OF NANCYS AND HAVE SCHEDULED WITH GEORGE, CANCEL AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! George and his wife Alexandria are RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND FRANKLY TOO OLD TO STILL BE IN BUSINESS! He is constantly running behind on his appointments, it will cause you to wait 45+ min past your scheduled appt time. His wife Alexandria has no idea of anything, she doesn’t know how to do anything, she can barely prepare the tax file folder after he’s finished, he has to come out of his office to direct her. Which is absolutely insane bc she’s been doing this forever as well. Apparently he only does taxes for people with businesses, but he’s still accepting his dead sisters personal filing clients, and will let you know of that RUDELY. So if you mainly do business clients, why don’t you say that to people over the phone when they call to make an appointment? Instead of overbooking yourself and accepting your DEAD SISTERS PERSONAL FILING CLIENTS? What his wife DOES know how to do is suggest to you how you should spend your time while you’re waiting for her husband to be finished, and suggesting the bakery in the plaza. They charged me $160 for the service when my return wasn’t even $700!!!!! How is that even possible? They will waste your time and scam you, not to mention the fact every move they make is physically EXTREMELY SLOW!!! I finally started at 3:45, didn’t leave till almost 5:30… I’m single, not married, no dependents, no kids. With two tax forms. I should’ve been done in 20 minutes. I had to reschedule due to them being BEHIND and they had 2 people waiting in front of me that had been there for HOURS. No aspect of time, no sense of urgency, no respect for peoples time, no professionalism, and he’s mad about accepting Nancy’s personal filing clients but is still taking them AND overcharging. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS PERIOD!"

"Very rude they were talking over me when I was trying to explain my concern about my taxes and they also hung up the phone this place should be shut down they dont have a clue about preparing taxes or anything at that DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER !!"
