"My husband was left on the side of the road on I65 for over two and a half hours waiting for this company AFTER STATE FARM HAD SENT THEM EVERYTHING AND SENT CONFIRMATION. The dispatcher "Kayla" was beyond HORRIBLE! She yelled at my husband when he called to see what was taking so long and flat out said I aint sending anyone until I get paid. Are you serious? We are doing everything we can and our insurance agent to make sure State Farm is aware of what this company did to us. Thank goodness when we kept calling a sweet man by the name of Mike answered. When we told him what was going on he immediately jumped in his truck and came and got my husband. THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!! and we wont stop until something is done! Until this company takes care of the people they have representing their company BEWARE AND DO NOT USE! I will update review IF we get a resolution by the owner Charlie."
