They pay people with gift cards for the Google reviews, but will give you an empty gift card. They offer same day advances that take a whole week and will not be upfront and honest until you get on their nerves. An employee told me what to bring to receive my check. When I got there with what they asked for 24 hours prior, it was a different story again. They have no compassion or empathy and will not help you if there's a problem. My family and I were homeless and they couldn't have cared less. Not to mention that they made errors on the filing status for my return and tried to lie and pretend they didnt. I love supporting black owned and have done so many times with no issue. This is not a good one. Fair warning.
