"After 7 years as a client Tony filed bankruptcy, closed his business, changed his phone number and I believe he stole my 2018 refund. I never received my 2018 return. I was able to locate a working number for him a year later and he told me he would give me a copy of my return... almost a year later he has stopped responding to me and no return. I see Anthony Schultz as a crook and a fraud. I hope his balls shrink and his vaginal area folds inside out. I wish I could give zero stars.Thanks!"

"I had the same horrible experience. The office secretary is clueless and cannot even offer to take a message. She gave me a sheet that listed the incorrect refund amounts she claimed she personally submitted electronically, which was on February 23, 2022. My MI State check was $500 less than she indicated of which I received via CHECK by mail in JULY. I have still not received my Federal refund and there is no information listed on IRS.GOV. No return calls. It is now August 14, 2022 and I still have no information, response or Federal refund. No one is at the office to go see, the lights are always off and no one answers the phone or returns voicemail."

"Been going to him for about 20 years. He was fine the first 17 years. Since then I don't know what is going on. He messed up my taxes now two years in a row. Two years now I have had to pay large lump sums to the IRS for his mess ups. The worst part is not even the mess ups. If he just would say I am sorry I messed up I would be much better, but this guy runs from you. His companies voice mail is always full. Even when people are there they don't answer the phone. I go into the office he is never there. I hand one of his workers an envelope to have him please call me and she says sure he will. Then he never calls back. Then I have to keep driving long distances to hopefully catch him in the office. In the past I caught him and he says I will call and fix this for you than you never hear from him again. Just man up and say I am sorry. Offer your customers real customer service. I honestly think he is doing whatever taxes come his way and if he loses customers he doesn't care because he is about to retire. He is a very unrespectable man. Don't go to him you will regret it."

"If I could do zero stars, I would. Did my taxes with him last year and he was great. Did my taxes with him around February 3 this year and haven't gotten my tax return. I already paid him too. I've called his office numerous times and only got his secretary twice. The first secretary said she would look into it and call me back. She never did. The second secretary said she was new and was still learning the system but that my taxes were in the status "processing". When I call his office now, the voice-mail box is full. I called the IRS and they told me there's no record of my taxes being submitted at all. Don't go to Anthony Schultz for anything."

"If you want to be audited by the IRS and never get your tax return, he is the right person to go with. This guy is a joke and I think that he is not a real tax preparer. Did my taxes in March and I haven't seen a single dime yet. He messed up my tax information and now is nowhere to be found to fix it. Never answered his phone, never returned my calls, left million voice messages. Went to his office more than 10 times I found him there twice and both times he tells me that he will fix it and that I'll get my money within two weeks and all he does is lie. Take your money elsewhere and save yourself a headache or you will end up like me, frustrated and helpless. Horrible experience!"
