"I signed up for direct deposit and they made the mistake kim in particular my money would have been here on the 28th but because it was not direct deposited I am now late on my rent and when I told Kim what my late fee would be because of the mistake on their end I was told I could have my taxes done by them for $50 next year. I would not use this company if it was free. Kim then said she would take the blame for the error, THANKS KIM ILL PAY MY LATE FEES AND RENT WITH YOUR APOLOGIES .."
"Kim took me in right off the street, as a walk-in last week and I was frazzled because my usual accountant doesn't want to show up for our appts for the 3rd time...Kim treated me with respect and made time for me right then and there. The bonus is that she actually knew what she was talking about & I wont need to pay extra for a revision this year. I recommend Kim Q !!!..."
