"This place is an absolute joke, the moment we had booked with them he stated oh we would meet every 3 months to talk about your finances and what we can work on. Yet the 2 years we were with them guess how many times we met to discuss? 2x! (Keep in mind we were paying for a service we never got) And that was only for tax season, their communication is very poor. He kept all my files and when we told them we weren't going to continue with their service they claimed they had misplaced it and that they had given it back when they didnt and a week later they arrived thru mail. When his wife would reach out she always had an attitude. (Makes you not want to continue with their service) We had an audit with a previous accountant, and he tried “fixing it” and was just told to not touch it or mess with it because i could get red flagged, and guess what? We were able to fix that audit! So again choose wisely! Just sharing my experience"
