"I went here thinking I can get help with a tax expert. Once I got there I sat down with Brian and he began just with getting my w-2 . Then he began to process my paperwork without going threw any question like are you head of house hold , are you claiming any dependent etc. he ask nothing. When he told me I owed the IRS 2000 dollars cause they didn’t take enough money , he realized he must of clicked single and not head of household. Then he proceed to ask are you head of household? Then it made me think oh goodness he hasn’t asked anything of you like tax donations etc. so something wasn’t right. Then I told him never mind do not process those taxes. I wouldn’t recommend even a dog here cause you will not get the tax help you need. He just needs to close this office."

"I got my taxes done here by Mr. Elandt this year. He was really patient and helpful since he was re-doing them after I messed them up. His office never called me to tell me my taxes were done however. I called 3 weeks after I dropped them off and the office told me they had been done for weeks... That was a little annoying. Overall a positive experience though."
