"My first year going to them I filed both state and federal on 1/9 and the lady said she sent my state through A )online through efile & B )through the mail , I then got a letter from the irs stating my state tax was never sent in and it is now the middle of April after I inquired about my state tax for over a month the tax preparer told me it was the state’s system and that I’m waiting on my money it could take over 6mths - a year then was rude when I kept telling her the app (tax pass) says it was rejected and also the irs said that my state was never in the system therefore she messed up and never sent them in .... very rude very unprofessional and the office is very ghetto would not recommend EVER getting my taxes done by them again and does not give money for referrals you give they just lie and don’t know what their doing when it comes to doing taxes properly."
