"DJ lied and severely messed up to the point of me owning money back. I wouldn't recommend going to Mega Refunds Tax Prep! First, he told me what I would be getting back but waited until I left the office to file my taxes. He called and said he messed up stuff so instead of what he told me the first time I ended with a new total. I asked for tracking information three times and It was wrong all three times still don't have that or any paperwork. Today he finally said that I wouldn't be getting a refund at all and that I owe money. What a total mess! Will never go back! Also, it is a 1-star review I wish I could have left a 5-star review but I can't lie and say this experience wasn't disappointing!"
