"I recently went there for my son's shoes, their prices were good! But. One girl was up there chatting up with her friend and when we went to get her attention she just scoffed, said she wasn't on the clock and walked off, leaving one girl there to help us."

"The store Mgr listened to my concerns and helped me find the shoe that fits my feet. I so appreciated her undivided attention for I had purchased two pair of Nike Jordans and they did not got properly. She is more knowledgeable about the different styles and that truly helped. Thanks so much young lady. And again, "Congratulations" on those twin babies!"

"Very poor customer service. I visited this store Thursday night to pick up my shoes that I ordered & paid for that morning online. I arrived at 5pm, when I got there I was informed that the store was closed. I found that strange because when I called that morning after ordering my shoes I was told that the store closed at 6pm. I told them I was just there to pick up my shoes & they let me inside after waiting out on the cold for almost ten minutes. Also I needed to try on the shoe to make sure it was the right size. After trying on the shoes, I realized I needed a different size. The associate & manager would not exchange the shoes for a different size. I checked online for that location to see if the size I was requesting was in stock & it was. Neither the associate or store manager attempted to check on the size, I was immediately told that it wasn’t in stock. I even told them that it shows online that it is in stock (even if it wasn’t in stock, I wasn’t given the courtesy of them checking for it). It seemed like they were more concerned with getting rid of customers & closing the store rather than attending to their customers. I ended up leaving that store & going to the Galleria location to exchange for the size I needed. Thank goodness I was able to make it there before they closed because I had to drive from out of town get them. I do not recommended visiting the Trussville location."

"husband got me a jacket there for christmas and paid on a gift card and then put the rest of his debit card, when i went to return it for a different size they didn’t have it so they put the money back on both cards it was purchased on after realizing he threw the gift card away they wouldn’t give me an in store credit or put the money on the debit card so we were out $50. will not be wasting my money in that store again."

"Great selection. They normally have the sizes my family needs as well. Found a pair this past Saturday night that I really liked. They did not have my size in stock this time but I ordered them and they were delivered by USPS Wednesday. Great, easy and fast process. I’ll order again in the future if needed."
