I asked the technicians to replace my screen. When they realized I didn't have a cracked screen, they cleaned my phone while I was gone and told me I didn't owe them anything upon my return. When I decided to get a new screen protector, they helped me pick out a new one and understand the details of the protector's warranty. Hopefully, I won't have anymore issues, but I will definitely be spreading the word about this store."

"Went into the UbreakIfix store in Daphne, AL & was met by a nice young man by the name of “Damian.” What I thought was a broken IPhone 15 Pro glass screen turned out to be a fractured screen protector. I just so happened to have an extra screen protector (to be placed on my phone after repair) & Damian had me taken care of in about 10 minutes or so. I was extremely pleased with his professional behavior & wonderfully welcoming personality. He is truly an asset to your company."
