"If I could leave zero stars I would, we have used them for a few years and last year we used them and they messed up our taxes. The IRS reached out to us to get it addressed, we have reached out to them since June of 2022 and we still have not received a response. We had a chance to get our taxes fixed and they were the ones to get the paperwork straightened out, they didn't do anything. So we have lost our tax refund for 2 years now. We have used Nicky and we have called, emailed and nobody ever responded back to either my wife our myself. The worst tax place."

"Very professional place and people. They do everything by the book. Unsure if they will help you if you get audited. The one reason I did not get my taxes done there was because it was more than half of my actual taxes. There was no attempt to find ways to get more money even with my first house or anything. I went to another lady hundreds versus thousands just shows they were and independent H&R Block basically"
