McKinnon Nissan 135 Price Drive, Clanton, AL 35046

"Not good. Service department personnel were nice and courteous but could not solve the issue I had with my 2009 Titan which was at random would not crank. My go-to mechanic which is not affiliated with McKinnon Nissan finally came to the conclusion that the chip in the key was not being recognized by the trucks anti-theft system so new keys and programming which can only be done by the dealership would fix the issue. Cutting new keys went great at McKinnon Nissan, but when it came to programming the truck to the keys nobody knew how to do it. I was told to go back home (which was 60 miles away)and when they figured out how to program the truck to the keys they would contact me. After 3 weeks without any contact from McKinnon Nissan I called them and was told that someone was in the service department that day with the same issue and that they would contact me as soon as they had it figured out and that they had the factory technician on the phone trying to solve the issue. That's been over 3 months ago and I have not heard anything from them."
