"Having been involved in customer service for the last 37 years, most of which in the automobile business, I think I am qualified to know the difference between truly outstanding, great, average and bad customer service. From my first of many phone calls, Greg treated me the way I have treated customers my entire career. That is with concern respect and enthusiasm. I asked for more pictures of the car, I got them. I asked him to be my eyes and do a 45 minute walk around, he did it. As I would flying in from Raleigh N.C. and then driving the car 600+ miles home through the N.C. mountains I asked for some addition precautions to ensure the road worthiness of a 20 year old Corvette. He worked with me to ensure my confidence. I needed a ride from the Huntsville airport, he offered to have me picked up. Arriving at the dealership Greg had the Vette inside and cleaned for my inspection. It was everything I had hoped it would be. I have owned many nice older model cars over the years and I am extremely picky, this one is probably the nicest I have purchased. I came up with a few minor issues with the car but Greg, "Google" and I got them worked out. I was on the road by noon and back in Raleigh by noon the next day.
