"They went above and beyond for me when I busted a window pane in my house. They cut it and I took it home and it was just a little bit to wide when I got home and had to take it back and they fixed it no problem. Great place"

"Bought a glass for our semi truck on Friday afternoon. They went to put it in, it was cut a little too big. The store was closed and also closed Saturday. Truck had to be working Monday morning. Our son owns a paint and body shop. After 3 time’s shaving it down he went to put it in and it broke. Our son called the store explained what happened. Asked if they would stand behind it? It was cut too big. “Note I carried the old glass with me so we would get the correct size.” The man said something like all we have to go on is your word. And he couldn’t replace it. I’ve done some business with Dixie Glass before we had widows cut for our house , mirrors and glass for frames. And received really good service. I’m really disappointed with this. Don’t think I’ll be going back."

"Day 1 went to get chip in windshield repaired, guy not there can you come back later. I live 20 miles away so not making a special 40 mile trip. Day 2 I call, said guy will be in and out, they come and go but if you come right now we can do it... I say I'm 20 minutes away they said come on I get there they are closed... now looking for another glass shop."
