"Though I'm compelled to write my review, I wouldn't even give them a star. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. My order is expected to arrive in six weeks, they stated.Three months have passed and nothing has arrived. My order has arrived to their shop, and delayed by two weeks, and they still kept altering the delivery date. Their excuse that the delivery men are college student .It is so inconvenient that I wished I had never bought from them. This my last purchase I will never come back to this store . Order still not received."

"Cannot get curtains we have already paid for and that coordinate with our bedroom. Curtains that were purchased were hung and are not correct in length or balance. Quotes kept changing. We have tried multiple times to work with the owner and tried to forgive the disorganization and confusion. But we get excuses and only have been told “covid” and that is when we call or contact. There is no proactive contact from the owner. We haven’t heard a word in months. It is very sad. We’ve had to hold up interior painting for months. Hired to do a job and extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend anyone use this decorator or this store. I hate to write a review like this but feel it is important to warn others to beware."

"Would not recommend for interior decorating services. I hired the owner to do a total home renovation, worst decision ever so be warned if you seek her services in that area. The store is nice. ****As far as the below response from the owner, my review is an honest review of how I felt services were rendered, which is what google reviews are meant to be. My review on your Facebook page was removed as well as blocking me from your business page, that's some great customer satisfaction. That is the way dissatisfied customers are handled by Vintage West Interiors."

"Absolutely love this place, in Madison and Cullman. The owners are wonderful people and everyone K have met in Madison is sweet and helpful. It's a place to browse and it "feels good" to be there. I have a beautiful chandelier, lovely antique doors and a few other things. We will go back."
