"I advise anyone ESP WOMEN do NOT take your vehicle to Goodyear in Forestdale right by Milos. They just throw parts on your vehicle it doesn’t need and give your vehicle back to you with the same problem you had when you took it to them. My girlfriend took her truck to them because it was running hot and she could smell antifreeze inside the truck. They told her she needed a water pump and a thermostat. After they replaced that it was still running hot. They said it’s your fan. She bought a fan and a dude from the shopput that on. Now her truck is still running hot and she spent over $800. Now they’re saying it’s the heater core and they DONT replace them. That’s the last component in the cooling system. Then the lady in the office asked her “what would you have done if I told you your truck needed all these parts up front”? So yall knew she needed a heater core up front but yall replaced the parts yall CAN and took her money but left her with the same problem she had from the jump."

Followed up by stating that he wouldn’t grant my warranty coverage but I was told by another employee that they normally grant warranties. Thankfully my car was fixed 2500 cheaper by another professional mechanic shop. Do not recommend."
