"Went to have tires mounted...job was performed in the time they said, give or take an hour. Only issue was, at not fault of the business, the recommended tire size from the wheel manufacturer was wrong. Had to order another set of tires. You may have to wait a little longer as they're short-staffed, but the results are worth it. I've used them before and was pleased with them back then as well."

"I love Sport Trucks and although I have an Escalade and not a pickup or off road vehicle, Mike has always been very obliging when I wanted something installed on it like a front brush guard or tail light covers. He will usually work me in for a job and prices for parts and labor are very reasonable.Many times he has done a small job or adjustment and not even charge me when I offered to pay. He gives good advice as to what to buy and will tell you if you shouldn't do something to your vehicle. Highly recommend Sport Trucks for your truck or off road vehicle needs. "Absolutely horrible experience all the way around. Website doesn't function properly when trying to submit requests, phone gets answered less than half the time, when you do leave a message on their machine it gets lost in space somehow, Mike doesn't remember if he talked to you the day before much less what was discussed, and just absolutely rude customer service from the first to the last time I talked with them. I called and left multiple messages as well as sent confirming e-mails about a $5K+ job all to be told I wasn't on the schedule and it would be another 2-3 weeks. If it takes this much effort just to get something scheduled, I cannot imagine what it is like once your truck is in the shop or even worse when something goes wrong. Save your money and go elsewhere!"
