"I went to have my taxes done last week, the person inputting my tax return made multiple errors that thankfully I caught. The same thing happened last year and shame on me for going back. Make sure you block off a hour + to wait wile they two finger all the data in the computer. Oh on top of everything else they forgot to fill out a from so I have to go back and sign more paper work. Do not wast you time or money."

"Terrible communication! I told them to wait until I got an updated 1095-A and they submitted our taxes anyway. This was early March, and I got them what they needed at which point they THEN tell me they already submitted. It has now been over 2 months since, and the only response I have gotten was when I called on May 13th and was told it would be 2 weeks until they would be able to inform me the difference I would get back and resend it in. It is now June 5th and STILL NO RESPONSE! UPDATE: June 25th and no response...."
