"My father recommended this place to me, he went to them for 10+ years, so I figured it was worth a shot. My first time filing with them was for my 2020 taxes. They filed my taxes in February 2021, I wait and wait and never get my refund. I contacted them a couple times, they kept telling me to keep waiting since 2020 was crazy the IRS was having trouble sorting everyone’s information. October 2021, I call them, and they tell me my taxes were filed under the wrong name (all of my information and SSN filed with someone else’s name). They assured me it would be fixed and I’d be getting my refund in a month. I wait some more, never get my refund. I filed through them again for my 2021 taxes in February of 2022, I never got my confirmation email. Worried that my taxes never got submitted, my father and I tried getting a hold of them, to discover the office was on vacation the week taxes were due. No out going message on their voicemail or automated email was set up to let us know. When the office was open again, my father was received an email saying he was going to be put into spam if he kept contacting the office. They finally sent my 2021 tax confirmation to me via email, for me to discover that the information was incorrect and sent in without my consent. David then contacted me and assured me it would be fixed and that he had an appointment with the IRS in early June to sort out the mistakes. After the phone call, I receive an email for the updated taxes that were once again submitted without my consent. It is now June 22nd of 2022. I emailed David for an update on my refund, and he tells me he has yet to contact the IRS but is planning on doing so next week. I am very frustrated and just want my refunds."

"I did not have a good experience with them. Let me share it here. 2018 when we first did tax services with this company, they got our account numbers typo, we got a penalty from IRS! We were willing to forgive that and went back in 2020, the accountant was rude, communication was poor. But the tax was done. This year 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, I received a rude email without addressing my name asked me in a very disrespectful way to sign an agreement that we will accept whatever price they ask for. I had to read it a few times making sure it was not a scam. When i called and ask them what the price is this year, the answer was:” we do not know, we will tell you when it is done. But you cannot negotiate or question it!” Guys, have you heard of customer service like this? When was the last time you were told you are not allowed to ask or negotiate price?! It is the customer’s right to negotiate price, it is the business owner’s right to say no. They strategically set up this way knowing it is difficult for us to find new accountants mid of tax season trying to take advantage of customers. Obviously this office do not need more customers. I decided to leave and find good services which i will be happily paying more for. I am very disappointed at them because i was introduced from a friend referral. I do not recommend their services. It was not a good experience. I highly recommend to look elsewhere."
