"I've been coming here for ages and the "rules" seem to change depending on who is working. Yesterday I was in a big hurry to get to a wedding I was officiating and I stopped to fill up with gas and get a coke. I put the nozzle in the tank and waved at the window and nothing happened. I went in and the cashier who has been there for years and knows me by sight told me she can't turn it on to fill up, that I had to leave money. I told her I was paying with a card and she said leave my license instead, so I did. I got my gas and went in and got my drink and asked for my license and she said "I'll get it, I'll get it" and I explained I was almost late for a wedding and she actually stared going slower, and giggled. Not only was this horrible customer service, but I saw them turn on the pump for someone who waved at the window as I was walking out! I will *NEVER* buy anything from this store again."
"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.CASHIER REFUSED TO SERVE ME WHEN I TRIED TO PURCHASE GAS. I TALKED WITH HER FACE TO FACE AND STILL REFUSED TO SELL ME GAS.I HAVE BEEN TRADING WITH THIS LOCATION FOR MANY YEARS.ME AND THREE OTHERS LEFT WITHOUT BEING SERVED ON 07/22/16.THEY NEED TO SCREEN EMPLOYEES BETTER.THIS CASHIER COST THEM FOUR CUSTOMERS AND A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS IN GAS IN THIS ONE INSTANCE.I WONDER HOW MANY OTHERS SHE COST THE COMPANY ON HER SHIFT."
"Really bad customer service. I spent 25 dollars in the store 5 of which was quarters. Was told I had to roll them before she could take them. I could not get her to understand it was not enough to roll. All the while she kept looking at her phone. Finial after 15 minutes she took them but had to count it 3 times. All I can say is really."
