"Poor customer service. Waited a week to pick up for new in the box from warehouse, but when I got there to pick up what I was told would be new, they had floor model ( I consider used ) for me to pick up with not even a discount offered or a phone call. Requested a refund on credit card. Manager was very ugly to me and raised her voice several times. She needs to attend a customer service school for training on how to treat customers. Very unhappy and will not return to this store again. Letting all friends in area know my experience."
