"2023 software was terrible, we lost out on a full educational credit because support couldn't help our specialist even after 2 weeks find a problem in how the software adjusted our credits. We don't use the loan system so I'm thinking next year we will go somewhere they got it together and pay less. Our specialist was great but the H & R system was terrible."

"Scheduled an appointment to come and had some questions before coming in. Was directed to a tax professional this I did not have a problem with or the pleasant woman that scheduled the appointment, however when talking to the tax professional and asking my questions she kept trying to tell me that I could not file for my rebate because I must owe someone money otherwise I would have gotten it with no problem. However I did try to explain that there was no money owed to anyone and asked would it still hurt to file for the rebate, at this point I was informed that because I am a 100% disabled veteran that there is no reason for me to file anything. I find this highly unprofessional and don't appreciate the assumptions made because I was asking questions. I will not be going through H&R block again. When trying to call and speak to a manager about this I was informed that the manager wasn't there and that my message would be given to the manager by the same extremely rude women. I truly hope that the manager sees this as I have no faith that my message will be given to them."
