"Super unprofessional! Just tell me you can not or are not going to file my taxes. Don’t drag me along and manipulate! Not understanding that at all! Dan Weidner took advantage of my lack of knowledge! By all means this is only on me but stuff like this puts a tremendous stress & financially burden on everything! This practice should be shut down if this is how it is ran! Again, just dont lead people on! It’s not okay! I hope nobody has to go through this!!!"

"Can this company be any slower in delivering on their written word that our taxes will be completed. We call every day and get the run around from everyone except Dan Weidner, who never takes our calls, always leaving the status calls to the ladies in the front office. The front office staff has all quit except for a couple brave souls who must be getting paid extra to deal with the angry clients who call everyday wanting their taxes delivered. Weidner mostly communicates, if ever, via email. His lame and vague requests for tax documentation, leaves one to believe that he his stalling on purpose. I.e. please make me a sandwich, but doesn't tell you what kind of sandwich, meat, cheese or dressings. Weidner does not keep his word, he stalls, avoids calls, does not return calls, barely replies to emails, never in the office, South Bend or Plymouth, never available when we ask to speak with him, always dodging our requests, questions, status updates, etc. Does this company really work anymore? I pray that he betters himself for his company and his staff. when we get our taxes back, he is fired."

"Tried this business 2 years in a row. Thinking, everyone deserves second chances. After forgetting them the first year, until I called, and this time, they messed them up and charged ME to refile them. The questionnaire said they interviewed me to make sure information was correct, NO ONE DID! Will not use again."

"Called this place they need previous 2 years of tax returns but will not assist in anyway to retrieve them. What a joke"
