"Called Mark on Friday evening looking for parts for my well, as one of my kids had managed to run over the top of the well and broke it off. Mark was very helpful and had me send him some pictures of the damage. After I dug down to see the extent of the damage, I called Mark back on Saturday in the late morning to discuss what repairs were needed. Mark offered to send his service guy out on Saturday afternoon with the parts. Dallas let me know he was on his way a little while later and he was able to get everything put back together as good as new in just a few hours, despite my well being a flowing well that added difficulty to the repair."

"Very unprofessional. Called because my well needs to be replaced and I can't use any water. Told me he would contact me by the next day with a time to see the pump and well. I had to ask 3 separate times for an update, as they never got back to me. Basically made me wait 3 days to tell me to find someone else. Just terrible, how you treat people who want your business, let alone who are in need. Do not call them."
