"I recently worked with Linda at Cooper & Associates CPAs, PLLC for my small business tax return, and it was a frustrating experience. Linda's knowledge of taking advantage of deductions and write-offs was very limited, and she seemed to rely heavily on her software to do the work for her. Instead of providing me with valuable insights and guidance on how to optimize my tax return, she simply spoke about how expensive the software was that she used. I found this approach to be unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, I do not believe that working with Linda at Cooper & Associates CPAs, PLLC is worth the time or money. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and experienced tax professional, I recommend looking elsewhere."

Not only did they charge me more than their initial estimate for my small business tax return, but the return also had multiple errors that required me to request a correction. Linda was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional in her handling of the situation. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes made by her team, she complained to me about my mother, who is a doctor, also being charged more than expected for her tax return. It's worth noting that after my mother requested a review of her return, Linda fixed it and now she is receiving a refund of thousands of dollars, despite initially owing taxes based on Linda's report. Overall, I had a terrible experience with Linda and the team at Cooper & Associates CPAs, PLLC and would not recommend them to anyone."
